“Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”

Proverbs 31:29 (NIV)

Few nights ago, I was reading a novel that provoked deep thoughts, I began to ask me some questions.

The question of identity stood tall amidst all –  Who am I?

So many have lived their lives through the eyes of others, reduplicating peoples thoughts and life patterns without discerning their special & noble attributes.

For me, Imitation & introjection has been topmost in a world where God has carefully placed mentors & excellent role models in my life but amazingly, it’s my sole responsibility of yielding to God’s perception of me. Kindly refer to my post on mentorship  https://wp.me/p8ryTM-2F

Now, dear reader I’m asking you the same question – Who are you?

God’s word (our mirror) can lead us to discover what our individual meaning of beauty truly is and should be. It is safe to deter from looking at physical appearance for God looks at the heart in all people and things.

A beautiful self image creates a beautiful visage.

You are Resplendent

You are Great

You are Powerful

You are Excellent

You are Rich

You are Influential

You are Strong

You are Unique

You are Worthy of love and affection

You are never too much and  always enough

You are Cherished

You are  Priceless, more precious than diamonds, pearls, sapphires, rubies, emeralds …You’re the most stunning of God’s creation

You are much more than the hair and skin products you use or the shoes you wear

You are worth more than material possessions

You are worth more than you could ever imagine

You are God’s definition of perfection

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes.  Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.

1 Peter 3:3-4 (NIV)

Your worth surpasses all earthly things

In Gods eyes, you are loved and treasured

Regardless of what is going on around you;

You are Reigning & dominating

Have you taken out time to read about these women in the Bible?

Esther, Mary, Ruth, Martha, Abigail.

They changed their worlds forever

Inside you is that same discretion, strength, will power and world changing competence

Your responsibility is to find that woman and set her free

Don’t let the wrong voices speak to you. Turn down those voices, decline their plea and fix your gaze at the perfect picture of you.

When next you hear those voices, you say “No not me satan, I am a daughter and queen of the living God, cherished, loved above all things by the creator of all things”

You are Pivotal

You are Super-duper.

We have noticed the chase for a perfect outlook over inner beauty is becoming exhaustive and overwhelming..girls need to be aware that true beauty lies in their heart according to “1 Peter 3:3-4”..alsoJust like proverbs 31v30 says “Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.”
Dear girls ..God already put His paintbrush on you..don’t try to change it to fit any man..

  4. This is a great write up.
It only people think and allow their mind to resonate in this manner and incline to this perspective life would be so easy for us all.
To me the bottom line of this post rest in the power of the mind.
This is great and now I know one additional person who thinks and reasons on a scope and perspective inclined towards greater things and times than the recurrent state of human inappropriacy
    Thank You
    Keep the good work .
